Product Return Policy 

Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) offers a 30-day return policy from the date of invoice. This applies to products purchased that are not tagged as "non-returnable for reasons of health and safety".This will be noted in the product overview section of the product listing where applicable. 

Orders must be inspected upon receipt and damages, defects, or shipping errors must be reported immediately. In such cases, CHS will ship a replacement free of charge and pay for the return shipping of damaged or defective item back to CHS. 

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the item/s must be in the same condition as received and be with its original packaging. The invoice will need to be provided as proof of purchase. 
 
The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item/s back to CHS. If any of theoriginal contents are missing, CHS will charge a restocking fee for each missing item. 
 
Refunds will not be processed after the 30-day return period. After 30-days from invoice, defective product claims will be processed in accordance with the manufacture’s product warranty terms.
