CHS will grant a 30 day trial period from the date on the invoice, for products purchased that are not tagged as "non-returnable for reasons of health and safety", under the specific product overview section of each product listing
Within the 30 day trial period, clients can return those qualifying items in their original packaging and with all original contents, for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Client is responsible for the shipping charges of the return of the items back to CHS. If any of the original contents are missing from the return, CHS will charge a restocking fee per missing item.
When product arrives to client damaged or defective, client needs to notify CHS within 3 days of receiving product. In such cases, CHS will ship a replacement free of charge and pay for the return shipping of damaged or defective item back to CHS.
