February 28, 2018 - People contacting Canadian Hearing Society (CHS) can now call a single, toll-free phone number or use video to communicate in ASL/LSQ sign languages.
This streamlined access is available immediately for all 24 offices, programs and services. Individuals from anywhere in Canada can now easily reach CHS via voice, video, TTY and fax. This change will increase access for Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people across Canada.
