NEW
We've updated our contact information!
The Canadian Hearing Society’s (CHS) interactive voice response system (IVR) has been updated. When you call CHS’s main number, 1-866-518-0000, you are automatically connected to the IVR. The IVR system helps callers navigate the system and reach the person or department they are calling. We asked clients and staff about their experience with the current system. We listened to their comments and have made changes to improve their experience.
