Q: What is the timeline for reopening in Ontario?

A: The Government of Ontario is allowing over two dozen health-care provider groups, including audiologists, to return to work once health and safety guidelines are in place. This announcement was made by Premier Doug Ford on Wednesday, May 27.

We are working to put all the necessary safety standards in place so that we may reopen our audiology offices on July 6, 2020.

Q: How and when will I learn about my preferred location's reopening date?
A: We will be posting regular updates on our website, CHS.ca, and on social media.

Q: Will you still be offering virtual services after your audiology offices open?
A: The following services will continue to be delivered virtually:

  • Interpretation and Translation Services
  • Hearing Care Counselling
  • CONNECT Counselling
  • Employment Services
  • General Support Services
