Recycle

Help CHS and the environment by giving us unwanted cars, electronics like cell phones, laptops, tablets, digital cameras, iPods, MP3 players and print cartridges.

How to recycle unwanted electronics

Wrap your electronics in newspaper or plastic and send or bring them to your local CHS office or to the Development Office at our head office.

We deliver them to Think Recycle for recycling and they give us cash to support our programs and services. It’s easy, it’s free and everyone benefits.

For more information about recycling unwanted electronics, please contact us by e-mail or call 416-928-2500, ext. 208.

How to recycle your car

Car Heaven, a charitable vehicle recycling program, will pick up your old vehicle and donate the proceeds to CHS. You get a charitable tax receipt and the rewarding feeling that comes from helping others.

It’s easy, it’s free and it’s environmentally friendly. Simply visit www.carheaven.ca to recycle your car and be sure to direct the proceeds to the Canadian Hearing Society.
