General Job Description:
- Assist in the posting of online advertising and promotion initiatives to increase awareness and customer/client base
- Assist in the development of presentations to use by telephone, email or in person when promoting an event
- Assist in the development of media plans to support promotional and sponsorship partners
- Assist in developing, updating and maintaining the promotional calendar. Evaluate and analyze programs/campaigns after completion providing insight for strategy moving forward
- Prepare for review the layout for advertising/promotional materials
Experience/ Skills:
- Must be able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- An interest in and sensitivity to issues related to communication and hearing loss
- Experience/Education in Advertising and Promotion
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and Access
- Must be able to work with confidential information sign a confidentiality agreement
- Strong problem solving skills and capacity to think creatively
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access and various other programmes as needed
- A satisfactory Criminal Police Information Request (CPIC) required
- ASL and French language an asset
