Tragic loss of a valued staff member.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to the families of Kosha Vaidya and Prerit Dixit during this tragic time.

Kosha has been a valued member of our team since she joined the Canadian Hearing Society in 2017. Her colleagues were shocked and saddened by the news when we learned earlier today that Kosha and her family were on board the plane that crashed on Sunday. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion and dedication. Kosha will be greatly missed.

"Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to Kosha's and Prerit's family during this tragic time. She was a remarkable person and a valued member of our team, who had a brilliant future ahead of her. We express our most sincere and deepest condolences to her entire family." said Julia Dumanian, President and CEO, Canadian Hearing Society. "She will be greatly missed and remembered for her intelligence, professionalism and dynamic personality."

Kosha Vaidya joined the Canadian Hearing Society in 2017. As an HR Advisor, she was responsible for recruitment, labour relations administration and was the primary HR resource for managers across the organization. Kosha was a trusted, talented and well-respected colleague and friend.

We would like to express our deepest condolences to all of the families who lost loved ones in this tragedy.
