With a purchase of a hearing aid, receive 3 years of:
- Follow-up hearing assessments
- Unlimited cleaning and reprogramming
- Unlimited tube and dome changes
- Communication counselling
- Loaner hearing aids as available
Additional Benefits Include:
- 50% off hearing aid batteries
- 10% off hearing aid repairs
- 10% off communication devices
Sound Rewards invites employers, organizations, associations, groups and places of worship to join and pass the benefits of Sound Rewards on to their members or employees. Individuals can also access Sound Rewards when purchasing hearing aids at CHS.
As our way of saying thank you, CHS offers Sound Friends, a one-of-a-kind referral program. You’ll receive a free hearing aid when you refer five of your friends to CHS who purchase hearing aids from us! Additionally, each friend that you refer will receive $100 off their hearing aid purchase.
