Q: Who can join the Literacy and Basic Skills program?
A: Deaf, hard of hearing and deafened adults between age of 18 and 64, with job related goals, who want to learn or improve their ASL as well as develop basic English skills.The program is also open to Landed Immigrants, Refugees, Permanent Residents, Canadian Citizens, and those with a Visitor’s Visa.
