Le programme des aides auditives de la SCO vous propose une gamme de services afin d’assurer que vos aides auditives fonctionnent bien. Nous nous assurons notamment que vos aides auditives vous conviennent personnellement et nous faisons des évaluations pour assurer qu'elles fonctionnent correctement. Le distributeur vous enseignera aussi comment utiliser et entretenir vos aides auditives, et il peut vous aider si des réparations sont requises. De plus, par le moyen du programme des aides auditives, vous pouvez obtenir des bouchons pour la natation et des protections adaptés et fabriqués sur mesure.  

Warranty and Repair

Should your hearing aid require servicing and/or repair, our clinics are equipped to resolve a variety of maintenance issues. In the event we are unable to repair your hearing aid on-site, we work with hearing aid manufacturers to resolve your issue efficiently and affordably. Often we can provide you with a temporary hearing aid while you wait for your own to be repaired.

Products

Many of our locations also offer hearing aid products such as batteries, dry aids, and protective or cosmetic covers.

Earmolds

Many hearing aids come with earmolds that must be regularly replaced. Our hearing instrument dispensers are highly trained earmold fitters, creating customized molds to fit your ears, ensuring comfort and satisfaction with your hearing aids.

Fitting and Dispensing

Our audiologists and hearing instrument dispensers will take all the time you need to make sure you understand how to best use your hearing aid, clean and maintain it, and gain a better understanding of its benefits. With reasonable dispensing fees and a 60-day trial period on all hearing aids, our clinics are ready to assist you in being a successful hearing aid user.
