Accessibility

The Canadian Hearing Society is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and we are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner.   We  do this by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and by meeting the accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

In keeping with our commitment to the requirements under the AODA legislation, our AODA policies and AODA multi-year plan are available to the public as follows.

Alternative formats of our policies and multi-year plan are available upon request from Human Resources.  To request a copy of our Accessibility Report, please contact Human Resources at 416-928-2515 (Voice), 1-877-216-7306 (TTY), or email hr@chs.ca.

How are we doing?

We value all of our customers and strive to meet everyone’s needs. We recognize that receiving feedback provides a valuable opportunity to learn and improve. We encourage you to provide feedback on our ability to provide you with our services.

Feedback and complaints may be made in person, by telephone, in writing, by mail, on diskette, etc. or online via our Accessibility Feedback Form.
